Future-of-work apps creating meaningful connections for newly remote teams
Designed the UI/UX for the video conferencing product LoopTeam, with one-click conferencing, visualizations of team activity, and access to recorded transcripts and action items.
The status technology of whether someone was in-a-meeting, available, or deep-in-focus proved more compelling, and the company pivoted to Pulse, a dynamic status app for Slack. A series of inputs to shared an individual’s status, while providing them with powerful privacy controls. Lentil AI was acquired by Mozilla.

Streamlined book-to-tax workflows for modern accounting
Tallyfor is a conduit for preparing bookkeeping data to be ready for tax filing. The app provides categorization suggestions, and can templatize workflows to reduce repetitive accounting tasks, and free up professionals time for deeper client engagements and strategic tax planning.

Branding / design strategy for a cloud services startup
Developed a strong creative partnership with this client over 5+ years. Initial branding exercises expanded to design for their product website and associated marketing collateral. Additional contributions included UX and visual design for their key product screens, design for new product offerings, and support for their effort to build an in house design team. In 2018, mLab happily announced plans to be acquired by MongoDB.

A portal designed for the Mayor of London to promote startup business growth by curating startup specific resources for entrepreneurs and investors in one destination. Component interface modules were crafted to harmoniously integrate information from multiple data partners.

A Series of UX explorations to deliver a curated blend of news, sports, entertainment, and video content for bundled service subscribers. Access to video and online DVR content was a focus, but features also included home security, account payment, and mobile plan management in an effort to simplify access to the entire suite of product offerings.

Site re-positioning/redesign enabling the client to display their full collection of products, and feature installations showcasing unique custom pieces. The e-commerce section is geared toward both end customers, and their network of landscaping and design professionals.

A slide presentation illustrating a day-in-the-life of a design student and the impact VR, AR and other near future computing systems play in her daily routine. Interactions with family, friends, classmates, social networks, and local civic initiatives are all enabled or enhanced by new technologies.
